Yuya Fungami is a Morioh punk motorcycle-rider Stand-user turned ally across Diamond Is Unbreakable's mid-arc. His Stand Highway Star (a road-following pursuer Stand) tracks targets by following their footprints across any surface. Initially an antagonist who attacks Rohan and Josuke for petty grievance, Yuya becomes a Morioh-civilian ally after defeat and survives the arc.

Diamond Is Unbreakable
Part 4 · 1981–1999Yuya's pre-arc biography is depicted across one chapter as a Morioh punk motorcycle-rider with petty-criminal record. Struck by Keicho Nijimura's Stand Arrow in 1998, he develops Highway Star and uses it to attack hospital patients (including Josuke and Rohan) for petty grievances. After defeat, Yuya joins the Morioh-civilian-ally network and provides motorcycle-mobility support across the arc's later chapters. He survives Diamond Is Unbreakable.

The Stand can track opponents across kilometres of road or building infrastructure and drains nutrient-fluid from the target's body to fuel its sustained pursuit.
