Part 6 · 1965–2011Born Domenico Pucci in 1965 — the fraternal twin of Enrico Pucci, separated at birth in a hospital mistake — Weather Report grows up with no knowledge of his biological brother. In his early twenties he meets and falls in love with Perla Pucci without either of them knowing they are siblings. When Enrico discovers the relationship in confession and the local priest's clumsy reveal drives Perla to suicide, Domenico responds with a Stand-mediated rampage; Enrico's response is to use Whitesnake (Pucci's Stand) to extract Domenico's memory DISC, leaving Domenico amnesiac and committed to Green Dolphin Street Prison under the codename Weather Report.
Weather Report's role across Stone Ocean is the structural mirror to Pucci. Both brothers share Stand-user pedigree from DIO's bone fragment; both carry the same Perla-related trauma in their pre-Stone-Ocean biographies. The difference is ideological: Pucci becomes the Heaven Plan executor; Weather Report becomes Jolyne's strongest combat ally. The arc's middle act recovers Weather Report's memories incrementally, culminating in the reveal of his Pucci-twin biology and the immediate Heavy Weather evolution that ends Pucci's anonymity in the prison.
He dies in the final confrontation with Pucci, killed by Made in Heaven's time-acceleration moments before Jotaro's death.
