She marries Sadao Kujo in 1969 and they have Jotaro in 1970. Holy's role across Stardust Crusaders is structural casualty-clock — her newly-awakened Stand stigma in 1988 produces a fifty-day window during which her body cannot withstand the stigma's strain, and the Joestar team's race to Cairo to kill DIO is structurally a race to save Holy before the stigma kills her.
